Minimum Order Requirements

Dirt Cheap Pipes offers a low $75.00 minimum order requirement.

New Customer Requirements

Upon completing your signup for the site, you will need to fax a copy of your business license/sales tax id to us at 210-767-1570. For Credit Card customers, you will need to complete and fax the credit card authorization form back to us prior to placing your 1st order. We do not process credit cards online for your security and ours. We must have this documentation on file before we can process your 1st order. Once it is on file you will not need to send this information again unless you need to update the credit card you originally submitted.

Your order will not be processed until we receive this information.

We STRIVE to ship all in stock orders within 24-48 hours. During peak seasons our processing times may vary.  If there are out of stock items in your cart this would not apply (see Expected Items and Backorders section).

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products if a similar product is available if an item becomes out of stock after order has been placed. If you do not want us to substitute, please make a notation in the comments when placing order.

Expected Items and Backorders

Inventory changes daily as orders are processed and new product is received. We have set up our system so that you can place out of stock items in your cart for purchase. Out of stock items will be placed as backordered and a new order will be created with these items. Once backordered items are received we will then process the order and ship them out. If you do not wish for items to be placed on backorder, please make a notation in the comment section of your original order.

Other sites inflate each items price to cover the shipping cost. This means the more items you order the more the company makes, when in reality the more products you order doesnt change the shipping much.
For Example: Say you order 50 pipes from a supplier that offers free shipping for $3 ea. ---Your order Total would be $150.(shipping 5lbs)
Say you order those same 50 pipes from us at $2.75ea. Your order would be $137.50 +$8.00 on 5lbs --Total $145.50. You saved $4.50.
We ship all orders trackable and insured via UPS.

Customer pays actual shipping.

Be certain you are entering a correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and UPS must make an address correction, you will be charged the $10.00 fee that UPS charges to make these corrections. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

Other sites tack on processing & handling charges, not us. We are here to provide your business products to make you money, not charge you just for buying our products. The UPS shipping calculator in the checkout process is for estimating purposes only, you will pay actual shipping charges.
Keep in mind that UPS charges more to ship to residential and rural addresses than to a business address.

Dirt Cheap Pipes is not responsible for shipments that may be detained or confiscated by any government agencies.

So, You Want To Open Your Own Headshop

We receive calls all the time asking us, How much do I charge for the merchandise? How do I get started?

First thing you should do is to check your local laws and ordinances regarding this type of merchandise. Products are sold as Smoking Accessories for Tobacco Use Only. As for markup, check the other local shops in your area and see what they are selling similar items for. You should at least double the wholesale price if not 3-4 times wholesale depending on the number of other shops in your area and what they are selling the products for. If you have any questions, feel free to call us! 

Returns/Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please follow the broken item policy found at bottom of this page. All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.

If you return an item to us for any reason, you must obtain a return authorization number. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund, we also have a 20% re-stock fee for all returned items. This means that if you wish to return your product that meets all of our return policy we will take 20% of the cost of your merchandise and subtract it from your refund. You may not return an item because you do not like the shape, color or size. If you buy from our website you agree with ALL of our terms of service.

Rules in case of broken or missing items:       

   You have only 1 week from the time you receive your order to report any broken or missing items.

If any item(s) are broken, please take a picture of all broken items and send it to our e-mail address at dcpcustomerservice@yahoo.com

For broken items, you must retain the shipping box and all packaging for UPS to inspect for the claim that will be filed.

 Once we approve the claim, we will then either replace the product or issue a credit on your next order, this will depend on product availability at the time your next order is filled. 

If you are not able or if you fail to follow these instructions your item(s) will not be replaced or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
